2015 ISS Schorlaship & Hardship For Dutch & International Students For MA Programmes

There are 2 funds established by International Institute of Social Studies (ISS) available to be applied by Dutch and International applicants. These are excellent student ISS scholarship and ISS hardship. Both funds open for students to pursue MA program at Development Studies. This Fund will award 20 ISS Scholarships which covering a 40% of tuition fee, and ISS Hardship Fund which will provide an up to 30% tuition fee discount. The deadline announced for this scholarship and hardship program is 15th June 2015.

Level/Degree

This scholarship and hardship are provided to pursue Master (MA) program at Development Studies.

 

Eligibility

Each of ISS fund has its own eligibility requirements;

-Scholarship Fund:

For people mastering any relevant working experience, and
Students with degree in one of Social Sciences, or
Recent graduates with first class in one of Social Sciences,
A high motivation to study at ISS.
-Hardship Fund: this fund provided for students not suitable with the ISS scholarship fund criteria but for economical reasons cannot pay entire tuition fee.

Scholarship Value

Each of ISS scholarship fund will covers 40% of tuition fee (MA 2015 – 2016 = € 5,800), while

ISS Hardship Fund will provide up to 30% discount of tuition fee (MA 2015 – 2016 = € 4,350).

 

Application Deadline

The closing for the scholarship application is 15th June 2015

How to Apply

The procedure of applying one of these funds, applicants must send a request to ISS office by 15 June 2015. This request must explain shortly how a fee reduction may enlarge applicant’s opportunity for study in ISS with detailed financial information included to prove applicant’s ability to support themselves for tuition fee remain, living expense and also health insurance.
