The Uppsala University IPK scholarships are available to applicants who are citizens of countries outside the EU/EEA and Switzerland.
Students can only be awarded an IPK scholarship for their first priority programme at Uppsala University.
All scholarships are primarily merit based and targeted to academically talented students with an interest in belonging to an international educational milieu. Thus, applicants must demonstrate academic talent and show interest in belonging to an educational milieu.
Financial needs does not factor into the awarding of the scholarships.

Throughout the whole duration of your first priority programme at Uppsala University.
All scholarships cover exclusively the tuition fee for Master programmes offered in the January admission round for autumn 2016. Students are required to cover their entire living expenses by their own means.
The value of the scholarship will be deducted from the tuition fee and not paid directly to the student.
