Royal Holloway University of London (RHUL) is offering a new scholarship for September 2017 entry, Global Community Awards, a range of automatic awards to new full-time Masters students from the UK, EU and a wide range of other overseas nationals.
These Global Community Awards will be made available as automatic fee reductions in the first year of the degree programme for eligible courses only.
The Global Community Awards are offered as tuition fee waivers and there is no need to make a separate application, however you will need to hold a current offer (either Conditional or Unconditional) for one of the listed programmes in order to be considered.
The Global Community Awards are intended for students from the UK, EU and other oversea nationals. These nationalities are as listed below under ‘Eligible groups’ (see below).
The Global Community Awards are available in conjunction with the Royal Holloway Alumni Bursary and any other scholarship or award as relevant, except those that offer full tuition fee waivers.
If a year in industry is taken, the tuition fee discount will not apply for the second year.
Specific entry requirements for courses can be found using the Find your coursesearch facility.

Royal Holloway, University of London (RHUL), formally incorporated as Royal Holloway and Bedford New College, is a public research university and a constituent college of the federal University of London, with campus just west of Egham, Surrey, within the Greater London Urban Area.
The Egham campus was founded in 1879 by the Victorian entrepreneur and philanthropist Thomas Holloway. Royal Holloway College was officially opened in 1886 by Queen Victoria as an all-women college and became a member of the University of London in 1900. In 1945, the college admitted male postgraduate students, and in 1965, around 100 of the first male undergraduates. In 1985, Royal Holloway merged with Bedford College (another former all-women’s college in London, which was founded in 1849 and, like Royal Holloway, joined the University of London in 1900 and became fully co-educational in 1965). The merged college was named Royal Holloway and Bedford New College (RHBNC), this remaining the official registered name of the college by Act of Parliament.
